I went in expecting the wait time, so that wasn't a problem, and the manager was kind, and the director also explained things carefully in a short time, which was nice. But while I was waiting, I heard the staff at the desk badmouthing other customers... I can't write the details here, but that part was a bit... Other than that, the consultation itself was satisfying.
