I went last week for a consultation about lower/lateral canthoplasty. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, but still waited about an hour. After a brief talk with the consultation manager, I had a doctor consultation, and then finally discussed the surgery schedule with the consultation manager and it was over. The wait was so long I was already exhausted, and the attitude of the short-haired consultation manager was also really bad. The doctor also just gave a formal explanation of the surgical method using a PPT and that was it. The surgical method is innovative, but honestly... the consultation manager was so unimpressive that I just wasn't drawn to it.
