The facility was very clean and the manager was kind and nice. The director explained things and I heard about the Lovely Canthoplasty, but I wasn't very satisfied with it. The director wasn't exactly friendly, but not rude either. They explained the surgery method and did explain the difference compared to other hospitals well, but they only talked about the method and the effect; they didn't give any opinion about what eye shape the patient wants, or what would be most effective for the individual's eyes, or what they would not recommend. It felt less like a personalized consultation and more like I just left knowing the surgery method.
