I applied for a consultation through the app and then went in. I spent maybe 2 minutes with the manager? They just asked where my concerns were and whether I had any surgery experience, then after waiting a bit, I met the director right away. The director explained the surgery method, but it really ended quickly, like not even 5 minutes. When I asked if there was anything else I was curious about, I asked whether it would not stick again, and since I was asking because I did not know, the tone felt a little irritating when they said it was a non-incisional method, so of course it would not stick; for someone having surgery for the first time, that is a completely natural thing to be curious about. And there was not a single word about side effects. So personally, I was not satisfied with the consultation because there was no kindness.
