I had a consultation for revision surgery, and the director explained things kindly and well. But I was surprised because they recommended an upper blepharoplasty, which I had never heard suggested anywhere else. Other than that, the consultation was very kind. However, the manager seemed like she was in a bad mood or wanted me to leave quickly, and that was a bit disappointing.
