I had surgery in 2008 (14 years ago), and even at that time the line was set very thin. Still, right after surgery people often said it turned out naturally well, but as I got older and my eyelids started to droop, the double eyelids became much smaller. So now, many years later, I am looking into revision surgery. At the time of surgery it looked natural, there was no epicanthoplasty scar, and it turned out fine. If you like a thin style, I recommend it.
