I had autologous fat grafting and wanted a natural result, so I only had it done on both cheeks, under the eyes, and the chin. This was 15 years ago, so it's been a long time, but back then many hospitals were injecting fat from outside the face, while this place injected fat through the mouth, so there was no obvious sign. That was the biggest advantage. They tried not to overdo it, so the cheeks filled in appropriately, but over time it gradually faded.
