It was a very glamorous clinic, so I was nervous lol. I’d seen a lot of reviews saying the director was rude, so I was very tense, but surprisingly they were kind. Still, they seemed very tired, and they didn’t explain the surgical techniques in detail. They seemed extremely busy. The manager was also very kind lol
