The consultation wasn't detailed and they didn't explain things professionally. They only told me what needed to be operated on from my current face shape, and whenever I asked a question, they only answered that part. It wasn't very detailed, but I trusted the surgery skill and went ahead, and the result is 65% satisfying. My face is smaller than before and it improved, but it's not dramatic. It's just that other people can tell something looks different. There is no nerve damage, but the asymmetry wasn't improved, my nose spread, my lips curled inward so my lips look smaller, and I wasn't satisfied with the frontal effect. After the surgery, it's been very hard to see the director, and there is really no aftercare. The consultation manager only asks about progress in a formal way once or twice, and didn't give the impression of really caring.
