I had buried-suture double-eyelid surgery once, and one side completely loosened after two weeks, so I had it redone, but even then I didn't like the line, so I'm getting it done again at another clinic. I clearly told them the line I wanted, but after surgery it seemed like they weren't exactly sure how the line would turn out. Still, they do make it look natural. The swelling went down quickly, and nobody can tell I had surgery.
