I went after seeing the hospital director in videos on YouTube, because he explained things in great detail even in the videos, and I had read the reviews. The manager gave off a very friendly atmosphere, more like asking what my concerns were and what surgery I wanted, and empathizing with me, rather than recommending or explaining anything. The director looked exactly like he did on YouTube, and his manner of speaking was the same too lol. He was very gentle, but there was a delicate, almost artistic feel, like someone who makes art. If there was one thing that differed from other hospitals, it was that he explained things while drawing based on the X-ray of the bones. I would almost believe him if he said he graduated from an art school. He drew extremely well, and he also explained the surgery process using a bone model so I could understand it easily. He showed me various reviews of people with similar cases to what I could expect after surgery, and explained one by one what he considers important when performing surgery. That is probably why the consultation with the director took quite a long time. At the end, during the manager consultation, they summarized the overall consultation, then explained the cost, aftercare, and so on. I liked that there was no pressure at the very end either.
