I went for a nose surgery consultation, and they were so kind and explained everything so well! This director explained things quickly and accurately, and the consultation manager also explained things in a very sincere way, so I felt comfortable during the consultation lol. They recommended a slightly curved line instead of the straight line I wanted, so I am thinking about whether to have the surgery!
