I got a consultation for fat grafting. The doctor was kind and made me feel comfortable, so I could ask about all sorts of things. And it seemed like he would tell me clearly when something couldn't be done, which gave me confidence. The manager was also fairly honest, and overall the atmosphere was good, I think.
