Personally, I liked the doctor's consultation. He was very cheerful and answered everything clearly. Because of that, the atmosphere felt very easy to ask questions in, so it was good for asking about all sorts of things. But the manager was, um, friendly enough, but uncomfortable. This may be just my personal feeling, but anyway if I had surgery I would probably have more contact with the manager than with the doctor, and the manager had a style that I could not trust, so I did not proceed with the surgery.
