Back when I was visiting places to look into revision surgery, I went because this was a somewhat famous hospital in Busan. The staff were all very kind. Compared to that, the director was very blunt, and maybe a little annoyed... I do not know if it was because he was busy, but I did not like it very much. The staff even told me in advance that the director had that kind of style. He strongly recommended being extremely natural, and seemed overflowing with confidence. Still, his style seemed very firm!!

I consulted first with the manager, then with the director, and then again with the manager about the price. The director was quite firm in how he spoke and explained things clearly, which I liked. The price is a bit on the high side…
