I had hump nose surgery, but they shaved too little and it bent, so six months later they opened my nose again and shaved it down. But because the hump was still there, whether they had shaved it or not, I thought pushing it further would only wear my nose out more, so I gave up and lived with it, then had revision surgery at another hospital and finally had the hump fully shaved down.
