I have a bulbous nose, so I got a quote for osteotomy, ear cartilage or septal cartilage, alar fat removal, and 4 mm silicone. Other hospitals said that even using both ear cartilage and septal cartilage wouldn't be enough, but here they said they would use only one of the two. I'm worried because there aren't many reviews showing good improvement for bulbous noses...
