I had a consultation with the director first, and then with the consultation manager. I was able to meet the director 20 minutes later than my scheduled time. The consultation was detailed, with anatomical drawings. The manager also only consulted about what was necessary, not in a pushy way. There was no deposit and no consultation fee. I liked it, so I left after booking the surgery.
