They seem to prefer a natural look and speak realistically. It took an hour to wait for the consultation. The consultation itself was about 10 to 15 minutes. It felt like they wanted to insert the silicone longer than at other places. They seem to do osteotomy a lot, but they didn’t recommend it to me.
