After waiting about 10 minutes, I had my consultation with the director first. They explained my nose shape in detail and gave me a full estimate. I told them there were parts I wanted to leave out, but they honestly said it would be difficult to do that. The manager didn't feel overly or artificially friendly, which I actually liked, and there was no pressure to book or pay a deposit at all, so it felt comfortable.
