I trusted the fact that the doctor said he would do everything from consultation to surgery, so I tried to book, but the coordinator consultation was fast, while the doctor consultation took almost ten days to get. After the first coordinator consultation, I waited about 10 minutes and then got about 5 minutes with the doctor. The doctor seemed like a rough-talking person and didn't over-treat, but there was absolutely no impression of kindness, and he seemed busy, giving a rushed, perfunctory feeling. While waiting, I asked if I could drink some water, and they said the water purifier was broken so there was no water.. I couldn't even drink a glass of water.. There was no consultation fee or anything. From the consultation onward, it already felt like an uncomfortable place. I was uneasy about getting surgery there. They said this place does a naturally good job in Busan, so I had already decided to go here, but I guess you really have to go around and compare in person.
