It’s hard just to get a consultation appointment. To get a date, the consultation manager calls the next day, and if you miss that call, it’s over. I waited a month and a half for the consultation appointment, but when I went, I couldn’t even see the director. The consultation manager’s tone is basically irritable, and when answering my questions, she kept raising her voice. I was arguing back just as hard, but I thought if I ended up getting surgery here, it might affect me later, so I held it in and kept smiling while talking. If I’d known I wasn’t going to do it, I should’ve said something. Anyway, my questions weren’t answered and I couldn’t feel confident, so when I asked to see more before-and-after photos just to check, she kept looking at me like I was such a nuisance, and only after a long struggle did she finally find them and show me. They said the price goes up every January. This year the base price is 2,100, and because I had fat grafting to the face 8 years ago, they added an extra charge, plus VAT. So I just thought, fine, I’ll search more carefully and find someone else later. There must be a good doctor out there at a reasonable price, so I dropped this place.
