I booked a consultation after hearing that someone who had a good result got it done here, but I left right away after hearing that I could only meet the doctor on the actual surgery day. I did not feel very confident about making a reservation after only meeting the consultation manager. But then again, the results from people around me were good, so I remember being torn.
