It was my first surgery and first consultation, so I went in full of expectations, but the atmosphere was too chaotic and there were lots of people. And when I first consulted with the manager, she looked at my eyes and said only In is possible, In-Out is absolutely impossible, and then the doctor just repeated exactly what the manager had said. I had done In-Out successfully at another hospital.
