First of all, [Doctor A]... lol His style is definitely polarizing. Personally, I liked him. The clinic is small and clean, and the staff are moderately kind. There is no push for a deposit. I consulted about nasal implant removal. He explained everything in detail in response to my questions, and, as his blog suggests, he talks about preserving the original nose structure as much as possible without damaging it, removing the silicone from the bridge and then refining the nose tip with autologous tissue. He definitely felt like someone with expertise. I haven't had surgery there, so I don't know... but the cost of nasal implant removal surgery is a bit higher than at ordinary clinics. If the counselor starts talking about extra surgery costs to inflate the estimate, just ignore it. lol If you're actually planning to have surgery here, make sure to confirm again with the doctor in the final consultation exactly what needs to be done and get a quote for only that surgery cost. Tell them you don't want the counselor sneaking in extra procedures the doctor didn't recommend just to raise the price.
