I liked that he looked at my nose and explained things well according to my situation. I liked that the doctor explained things specifically around the parts that actually needed surgery. I have visited other hospitals too, and there were negative reviews about the consultation, but since the doctor tends to point out only the necessary parts, I think some people might feel that he is a bit less friendly. Personally, I prefer a place that does not push things on me, and in that sense this is a hospital I would actually rate highly. I felt the doctor's skill was good, so the professionalism is great and my expectations for surgery are great too. I have not compared quotes enough yet, so I cannot say for sure.
