I went for a consultation after seeing their blog. The director is quite firm, just like the style of the blog posts they wrote before. It is a bit hard to tell whether to see it as confidence or something else. It is not easy to go for a nose surgery consultation. The blog posts they personally wrote in the past are quite convincing.
