I came in after reading the blog and several reviews, and as the reviews had said, they were quite stern and cool-headed. It was my first consultation, so I couldn't really ask the right questions and came back. If you're going to have a consultation at any hospital, make sure you think in advance about what questions you want to ask. Otherwise you'll just waste time and consultation fees..
