I had a consultation today, and even though the director is blunt and doesn't talk much, I thought it was not important that he treat me like a customer, so it was fine. It was also nice that the nurses were not cosmetic beauties ^^ They were kind. In my opinion there were no major communication problems, and I do not know if I will actually get the procedure here, but I think skill and sincerity are more important in a doctor than being overly gentle.
