They weren't kind, but they weren't unpleasant either. They were just a bit blunt, and when I showed them a photo of the line I wanted, they would say things like, "You don't set the line by looking at someone else's photo." They definitely draw the line themselves. I already knew they were good, so maybe that made me look at them more favorably, but I could feel the professionalism. The flow was staff consultation > doctor consultation > staff consultation again, and the staff were reasonably kind. The hospital facilities were okay in the operating room, but the interior was strangely Chinese and tacky.
