Eye Surgery review at Duhan (두한) · 2022-01-19

I went there a bit worried because I had heard many times that the director was blunt. I was explained things in the order of manager > director > manager, and the manager was kind. The director really was blunt as I had heard, so I got a little intimidated... But in other places they all said I had to have eye correction, and here was the only place that said I did not need it. Instead, after looking at my eyes, he firmly said that the line I wanted would not be possible. That part bothered me a little T_T I asked about various things, and after leaving I talked again with the manager. One incision-only procedure was 2.75 million won, and they said the cash price was 2.5 million won. I was a bit surprised... because the price was high. Later, when I called to schedule surgery, they said I would need to put down a deposit. It seemed like the desk staff answered rather than the manager, because even after I gave my name they kept asking whether it was my first surgery or a revision, and for the cash price they said bank transfer was not allowed and it had to be cash on the spot. The staff member explaining things did not seem very experienced, and having to bring cash in person bothered me a lot. It is not a cheap price either T_T
