This was the worst clinic I have ever been to. The consultation director was an older woman, and she had neither professionalism nor the feeling of treating customers like assets(?).. I have never had orthognathic surgery or contouring surgery, and I have no chin and a V-line face (I think my chin developed forward). It is not a prognathic jaw either, and when I am just sitting still I am satisfied, but my chin muscle sticks out too much when I smile, so I went for a consultation because I was worried. To figure out whether it was fat or muscle, I asked about that part, but after touching it, the consultation director reacted like, “Do people even have this kind of chin?” It was unpleasant.. What she explained about the surgery did not match the doctor’s explanation. The doctor came in and just said, let’s bind the muscle, something like thatㅋㅋㅋ He did not properly answer what I was asking. Maybe because it is a clinic famous for nose surgery, they were trying to sell me a nose procedure, so I just left; there were so many patients being consulted that it was chaotic, just a factory-style clinic.. If even the consultation is this careless, I doubt they will properly handle aftercare either.
