I heard the effect would be minimal, but this much? I wondered. I had cartilage binding because I wanted the tip of my nose to look more refined, but after putting in Megaderm it somehow made the tip look even bigger .. For this price and this level of effect, if it were someone around me I would probably tell them not to do it. I do not regret it.
