I did not think about the skin, and as they built it up, the Gore-Tex ended up sticking out, which eventually caused inflammation... I even had revision surgery, but the nose tip bent and they made my nostrils uneven... Even right after the revision surgery, the nasal tip cartilage was so visible that everyone who saw it said my nose looked strange. I put up with it, but I started to feel a heavy sensation and went back for another consultation, and they just said there was no problem and that it was only my feeling, haha. In the end I went to another hospital and had it removed, and they had set the columella support strut in an L shape. Even the removal hospital said that was unusual.
