I first had surgery at the hospital I went to without knowing anything, using autologous dermis, and because it adhered naturally, I ended up with a slightly hump-like nose. After that I had revision surgery, and it came down a bit, but I am satisfied. Since then I have had no side effects and am doing well, and when people around me see it, they often say my nose is pretty.
