I had eye correction, incisional surgery, and epicanthoplasty, and when I asked that the epicanthoplasty also remove the Mongolian fold, they said complete removal would be difficult. I also said I did not expect a complete removal, so I had the surgery, but the Mongolian fold became longer than before surgery.. and there is also a scar from the knife mark and the stitches under my lower eye, so I do not know whether it will go away or not, sigh
