As soon as I walked in, there were a lot of people and the waiting time was extremely long. Because of that, it felt a bit like a factory. All the staff at the desk looked busy and were politely friendly in a mechanical way. The facility was average, and I went in for a consultation with the manager.

As others wrote.. there were too many people waiting. And it seems like they do surgeries that match current trends, so many younger patients stood out. They also sent a text in advance, and the consultation with the staff was kind.....
