First of all, all the staff were very kind, and after a short consultation with the consultation manager, I met with the doctor. Rather than being highly professional, they explained things in a way that felt like, "your eyes can only go this far." The manager also answered questions carefully whenever I asked. But I am not sure whether the consultation with the doctor was truly professional. I had to consult in a hurry at the time, and I do not think I heard a very detailed explanation about my eyes and the direction of surgery. It felt like they only answered little by little if I asked first?
