I went in for a consultation for revision surgery after making a reservation, and you have to assume that even with a reservation, you will still have to wait.. There are so many people. The consultation started with the coordinator, then I saw the director, then the coordinator once more, and that was it. After seeing the coordinator, I had to wait another 30 minutes or so before seeing the director. At a glance, it felt like there were just too many people and they were very busy? Both the coordinator and the director were kind and answered my questions well, but there were so many people that I worried whether they could really pay close attention to me, so I did not feel strongly that I wanted to do it. And since it was revision surgery, they said there was not a major problem, but I was a little surprised when they said it would be finished within an hour.
