When I booked the consultation, they asked if there was a director I wanted, and I said there was not. I assumed they would assign me to one of the directors and I would have a consultation, but instead I had a consultation with the manager. As soon as I went in, they said I could not have a consultation unless I had reimbursement insurance, which surprised me.. Why would that be.. I had not even said in advance that this was for functional nose surgery. They said they would see me for cosmetic purposes, but the doctor was not even a specialist, and they gave me their own estimate, saying my nose was like this and it should be done like that. Then I left without even getting a 5-minute consultation..
