I scheduled my surgery during the holiday, so the wait was ridiculously, insanely long. The director seems to be delicate and meticulous. The staff were busy, there were too many people, and everything was hectic, so I did not feel cared for at all. If I had looked around more, I would have gone somewhere else, but I only tried one place, so I regret that.
