I went in for a consultation about nasal surgery after double-jaw surgery, and it felt like they didn’t really know what they were doing. Everywhere else recommended costal cartilage, but here they said they could do it with ear cartilage no problem, without even doing a CT scan, so I felt they lacked professionalism way too much
