Even though I had made a reservation, I still waited for 2 hours. It is not even peak season, so I do not understand why they even take reservations. For the amount of time I waited, they just shuffled me between the coordinator, director, and coordinator again without giving a proper explanation. This was my first consultation here, and I was very disappointed from the consultation itself.
