I visited in August 2019 for revision double eyelid surgery and had the operation. I went there through a recommendation from an acquaintance, so the manager who consulted with me was very detailed and kind. At first I went planning to do outer and lower canthoplasty, but as the consultation went on, they persuaded me that those procedures were unnecessary for me and resolved the outer line I wanted and my epicanthal fold. Honestly, I suddenly changed to wanting an outer line right before going into the operating room, but they still handled it kindly. Honestly, I don't remember the director's name, so I only wrote the surname T_T The operating room was honestly a bit cramped. I had local anesthesia, so there was absolutely no proxy surgery or anything like that. After the surgery, the manager kindly escorted me all the way to the door, which was touching. The other staff were just so-so, neither especially rude nor especially kind, so I don't have much to say. I just took care of the post-op management myself, and my satisfaction level is moderate. My one-line summary is: the manager lady was good, the operating room was scary, there were too many people so it was chaotic, and kindness may vary by person.
