I think I described a straight nose rather than a half-arched one, but the result came out as a half-arched nose. The result isn’t terrible, but the nostril area is a bit dropped. It was done with autologous costal cartilage, and I like that they do virtual surgery planning. It’s been a little over a year since the surgery, and there didn’t seem to be many waiting patients.
