In January 2019 I went to Yejin, Nose Shop, and Brown for consultations. At Yejin, I did not like the simulated nose. At Brown, they spoke Chinese and it felt like a market, and they recommended donated rib cartilage, so I gave up. At Nose Shop, I liked the simulation. It was a revision surgery, and my nose is really an easy nose, so at first I just raised the height. Back then the doctor.. about 10 years ago. He said natural is best and did not raise my bridge very much for me. So right after the surgery, when I met friends a week later, nobody recognized me..;;;;; Anyway. At that time my nose was okay too, but people around me always said if I was going to do it, it should at least show. They asked why I did it, and my parents also said the start of my bridge was so low that it did not look like I had done anything. ... I heard those kinds of things several times and my nose just became my nose again. Then with a change of heart, I rushed into it like lightning roasting beans, just consulted and liked the simulation, so I booked it. I asked them to make it kind of like Seong Yu-ri's nose.. because my midface is long. I wanted it to look a bit shorter, but I did not want my nostrils visible from the front. Everyone knows if you make it too high, the nostrils show... from the front. Right after surgery, it did not seem like it had gotten much higher... but after the bandage came off, the lower nose. It turned into a big nose. I held out for about a month? 3 months? Then I went to the doctor and said if this nose is the finished result, I want to die. So they gave me a shot to reduce the swelling. Right after the shot, it instantly became slimmer, compared with before... I guess I am a surgery-friendly type.;; I had it done with autologous costal cartilage, back then I still have the autologous costal cartilage scar now. It does not bother me.. but it is still red, so people who hate scars should go to a scar-specialist clinic. Take care of it. Anyway.. but it did not really seem much prettier, and all that. Time has passed and now it is the 2-year mark. It really does take 2 years for the last bit of swelling to go down. My first nose was like that too. In the second photo above, the left is me and the right is another person. I was thinking about doing a third surgery again. The other person's nose turned out .. so beautifully, so I compared it with mine. If I raise the nose tip more like that, I think the nostrils would show even more from the front.. Now I am satisfied with everything and it is very pretty, but one thing I regret is.. they lowered the columella too much, so without that it would be a completely short nose... If they had not lowered the columella, maybe I would not even have been able to lift it like this? I also thought that... Anyway, right now I am satisfied with everything except the columella.. and the nose is a little .. crooked. But if I adjust it by hand, it just goes back. It is not the tip, but.. the crookedness makes it more natural, so I have no complaints.
