It is way too hard to get a consultation. They casually tell you that appointments made a few weeks ago can't be kept because of surgery, and that they have to be postponed.... I was stunned. I had also avoided booking at other places so the appointments wouldn't overlap, but it felt like they weren't thinking about the patients at all. So I just canceled the consultation. I feel like aftercare would be handled like this too.
