They said to shave down the dorsal hump protruding from the bridge of my nose and to use septal cartilage or ear cartilage for the tip. They said my mouth seems to protrude a little, but since I am a man, if we keep the straight nose line, it will still look sufficiently recessed.. I had never realized in my life that I had a protruding-mouth face.
