This seems like a hospital that does not advertise much on apps or communities, but maybe that is because the director is confident in his work. The director seems confident and clearly states his own thoughts and opinions. If I put it negatively, he may seem a bit stubborn... but he clearly said that since this was a revision nose surgery, the things that cannot be done, cannot be done.
