Uh, this is just my personal opinion! When I was waiting outside, there were not that many patients, but I think I saw the head doctor for only one minute or so... They only set the line once and that was it. The office manager did not explain things, but instead said to ask if there was anything I was curious about. When I asked about aftercare, they asked back what I wanted, and I was really taken aback... And the office manager mixed casual speech in too.^^ Like saying yeah yeah and other things... Some people might not think this is a big deal, but usually I do not really notice things like that and even if I do, I think it is because they are being friendly. Here, for some reason, I felt like I was being looked down on.
